Spice roasted nuts

These are a great healthy snack to help wash down a beer or three, mix and match your nut selection but watch the soy, too much and it gets a bit salty.

250 grms unsalted cashews

250 grms unsalted macadamia

250 grms unsalted almonds

2 teaspoons of chinese five spice powder

2 or 3 teaspoons of low salt soy sauce

a small teaspoon of sesame oil

pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees

mix together in a bowl all the ingredients, pour out onto a flat tray, roast for about 15 minutes, tossing them every now and then, take out of the oven, let cool, enjoy.
